A private calendar assistant for one family.

Forward an email or a screenshot — a soccer schedule, a dentist reminder, a flight confirmation — to the family's calendar address. The assistant reads it, puts the event on the right family member's Google Calendar, and replies with a confirmation and an edit link. Forward the same thing twice and it won't create a duplicate; forward "practice moved to 5pm" and it updates the existing event.

How it works

1. An email arrives at the family's calendar inbox and is forwarded to a private mail endpoint.
2. The text and any images are read by an AI model that extracts the event details.
3. The event is written to the family's own Google Calendar and to a private events database.
4. A confirmation reply goes back to whoever forwarded it.

Who this is for

This is a personal, self-hosted project used by a single household. It is not a public service and does not accept sign-ups. The code runs in the family's own cloud account and only ever touches the family's own calendars.
